namco/namcos22.cpp: Move C71 internal ROM and device defines into namco_dsp.cpp, Cleanups:
- Make some variables constant
- Fix typename value for some bools
- use BIT helper for bitfields
- Reduce literal tag usages
- Suppress side effects for debugger reads
- Simplify gfx decode layouts
- Fix some notes

好的,明白了 试了下crisis zone,还是无法控制,看来看要再等等 到底还有多少街机游戏没有被模拟啊:Q 只可惜模拟都是Namco 游戏,新的麻将游戏好像没有模拟消息了啊{:2_28:}
