scanner 0.03 and rebuilder 0.10

No combined package yet but a lot of useful fixes and some small user requests added for the scanner, plus long path support in both modules. Donations are graciously accepted ;-). Read more

clrmamepro 4.049 released

Just a small update to fix some recent findings and finally offically bring deep delta chd verification. New scanner is more in focus as you might have noticed.
