As suggested, I used the Chinese_Simplified file as a reference and made the necessary updates.
Specifically:
I fixed the spelling and grammar errors in the old UI translation.
I retranslated missing texts and those that didn't fit the UI, making sure to preserve their original meanings.
For the MAME and Arcade MESS (mess.lst) lists, I made sure to keep the commonly known localized names used in Türkiye.
